When to Register

We advise that you start the registration and visa application process as soon as possible. You can register either by filling out our online registration form, or by requesting that a form be sent to you by email. Students should allow for two weeks for their visas to be processed.

How to Register


  • Decide on the course and the duration of your study
  • Decide on your housing option
  • Add up all the fees: tuition, housing and visa fee (if applicable)
  • Email us to reserve a place in the program, and to confirm the total payment amount
  • Once you receive a confirmation email from us, please send us a scan of your passport by email (one for each student planning to study at our Institute)
  • Send us the registration deposit of $500 (or € 350 ) by Western Union. This is the fastest way to send money to Yemen, and is simple and safe. Please send it in the name of Muhammad Al-Anisi.
  • Fill out the Registration Form. If you are coming with your family or in a group, each individual needs to fill out his or her own application. Only the primary applicant or head of household needs to fill out the housing section. Please remember to include the money transfer control number (MTCN) so that we can easily confirm receipt of your payment.
Your application will be processed as soon as the deposit is received.
